Linda Thomson is an educator who loves to celebrate the natural world. She wants children to be curious and questioning and to experience some of the wonders nature has to offer. Children, she feels, should be encouraged to relate to the beauty and intrigue of their environment.

Having taught children of all ages, she celebrates their thirst for learning about many aspects of nature.

Linda and her husband and family spend  time at their cabin in southeastern British Columbia. Many of her stories have been inspired by her experiences there, as well as living in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in Alberta.
